The resulting system incorporates a masked adhesive structure, ensuring that no active adhesive is exposed within the drink-contact area.
This is combined with a dry-cured barrier layer, designed to act as a controlled interface between the cover and the liquid environment.
Together, these elements create a solution that moves beyond simple coverage to a more considered level of design one that is:
