1.1 Data Collection

To participate in the Affiliate Programme, you consent to the collection of your name, email address, bank account number, sort code, postal address (where required), referral data, and commission records.

1.2 Use of Data

We will use your personal information solely for:

(a) creating and managing your affiliate account;
(b) tracking referrals and calculating commission;
(c) paying commissions owed;
(d) fraud prevention and system integrity;
(e) complying with accounting and tax obligations.

1.3 Legal Basis

Your data is processed under GDPR on the basis of:

• Contractual Necessity (Article 6(1)(b))

• Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f))

• Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c))

1.4 Data Security

Bank details and personal data are stored securely using encryption, limited-access controls, and secure payment systems. We do not share your banking information with any third party except payment processors and accountants where necessary.

1.5 Retention

Affiliate payment data is retained for the duration of your participation in the programme and for six (6) years thereafter for tax and accounting compliance.

1.6 Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

• Bank account details, name, and payment information:

  Retained for the duration of the affiliate contract + 6 years to meet UK/EU accounting regulations.

• Referral tracking data:

  Retained for 24 months unless legally required for longer.

• Email correspondence and communication:

  Retained for up to 24 months for record-keeping and dispute resolution.

• Inactive affiliate accounts:

  Reviewed annually and securely deleted after 24 months of inactivity, unless financial records must be retained.

All retained data is held securely with restricted access.
